Garbage Power Technology Leads towards Rapid Development of Waste Incineration Industry

The fume treatment equipment mainly includes smoking desulfuration absorber tower, smoke washer tower, absorption tower, absorbing medium transmission network, chimney and flue, etc. Fume treatment equipment is mainly used in electric power industry, chemical industry, coking industry, metallurgical industry and manufacturing industry which has boiler, etc. Its main function is to soak up polluting and corrosive gas ions or molecules from smoke using chemical process. From January 2012 to July 2013, there are more than 60 garbage power projects signed. The total processing scale reaches 68650 tons/day and total amount of investment is 32.3 billion yuan. It’s expected that the scale of investment is 15 billion yuan in 2013 and 19.4 billion yuan in 2014. The investment compound as high as 40.6% from 2012 to 2014. The processing scale of garbage power project will reach 264000 tons/day at the end of 2015.

To meet the” EU 2000”, which is the strictest standard of waste incineration flue gas emission, the technology will further improve. It has been applied in many projects, and the scale of investment in a single project will be increased by more than 50%.

There are many advantages in area of flue gas denitration. The higher technological maturity and the most severe atmospheric emission standard will help to improve technology of denitration.

Especially, thermal power plant began to turn a profit because the lower price of coal. Many companies have solved the problem of the cost of denitration and the market of the technology continues to expand .
